Once you've met with our team and approved your 3D design rendering, we'll provide you with a comprehensive price quote for your basement renovation. Framing, Drywall, and Taping
During the framing process, we will install electrical and plumbing systems in areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. Once the framing is complete, our team will install wallboards, tape, and plaster joints, corners, and bulkheads.
Flooring, Tiling, and Additional Features
Upon completion of drywall and taping, we will install flooring, tile, and any additional features such as staircases, fireplaces, or feature walls.
Starting your Basement Renovation
After approving our quote, we will work with you to schedule a start date that is convenient for you. Our team will also assist you in obtaining the necessary permits and scheduling inspections to ensure that your basement meets all legal requirements. It usually takes around 2-3 weeks to secure the permits. Before the framing begins, our site supervisor will walk through the basement with you, marking the floor to ensure everything is in order.
Painting Your Basement
You will have full control over the color scheme of your basement walls and ceilings. Primer will be applied before painting, and light fixtures and accents will be installed once the paint is dry.
Kitchens, Cabinetry, and Fixtures
We'll install kitchen, kitchenette, bar cabinetry, and electrical and plumbing fixtures.
Before completing your project, our site supervisor will conduct a final walkthrough with you to address any needed touch-ups or fixes.
